Kitty Yuen joined the office in October 2022 as a Legal Analyst supporting patent attorneys to secure and protect patents and inventors from various scientific disciplines, as well as preparing and filing legal documents, including patent agreements, information disclosure statements, amendments, petitions, inventorship changes, terminal disclaimers, declarations, and records assignments. Ms. Yuen also enters dockets in adherence to U.S. Patent Office legal deadlines, creates and distributes weekly docket reports, and fulfills reporting obligations for the University of California and Department of Energy reporting. She previously worked as a patent case manager for law firms in Palo Alto.
