Robin prepares and prosecutes U.S. and foreign patent applications in the fields of biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, nanotechnology, cleantech, and chemistry. Additionally, he prepares legal opinions and conducts intellectual property due diligence. Stephen prepares and prosecutes U.S. and foreign patent applications in the fields of materials science, semiconductor technology, instrumentation and software. He also serves as Lead Patent Counsel for the National Energy Research Scientific Computing Center (NERSC).His prior legal experience includes working as an associate at a patent prosecution boutique firm in Oakland and serving as a judicial extern for the Honorable Claudia Wilken of the United States District Court of Northern California. Mark provides direct intellectual property prosecution support to patent attorneys by filing patent applications, trademark applications, responses to office actions, and patent-related information disclosure statements with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He also provides paralegal and docketing support to patent attorneys.He has extensive prior experience in the intellectual property field, working as both a patent paralegal and a word processor. Sherie provides general prosecution, paralegal, and docketing support to patent attorneys. She files patent applications and required office-action responses in the patent prosecution process.
