Disclosing Innovations that are Red on the S&T Risk Matrix

IF THE RESEARCH YOU ARE WORKING ON IS RED ON THE S&T RISK MATRIX: Do NOT submit an online disclosure via the Innovation Portal as this tool is not CUI-equipped.

• Please click here and select ‘REQUEST access to an existing CUI Shared Drive’ 
• Select “CUI – S&T Risk Matrix: Sensitive Disclosures” CUI-enabled shared drive from the dropdown
• In the ‘short description on why you need access’ field put “Need to submit a sensitive disclosure to IPO.” Access may take up to five business days.  Once your access has been granted, complete the relevant disclosure google form:
  • Inventions
  • Software
  • Data
  • Drawing and Design
• Once you’ve submitted your disclosure your access to this shared drive will be removed
